SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS WITH PAYCRY
When you go to collect your phone, you are required to make an initial payment. That payment never reflects on one statement. It must be considered a payment against the contract but does not. Then when you want to make a payment, there system is off and instantly you are blocked out from your phone, not being able to make a payment at all. This is a sad state of affairs if you consider that you are paying double for your phone under which you do not have the full access to your phone and the software they use is continuously interrupting the phone.

10 Sept 2026, 10:53It is important to clarify that my comment should not be interpreted as a compliment. Rather, it highlights a concern that the matter was not fully understood. Your response appears to rely on assumption rather than a careful reading of the original instruction. I strongly recommend that you re‑read the content to ensure accurate comprehension before proceeding further.

10 Sept 2026, 13:38It does not help whatsoever as my take on this matter is there is a deliberate attempt to hide payments and not account for them. I will enge with a much more formal notice.
