Return funds not done

I took out a Nova 8i, from payjoy for over a period of six month.Made payments every week until the phone was fully paid off, but for one month I had made a payment to them twice for the phone one via the payjoy app and the other via their Nedbank account.

I had sent emails went to gateway mall cellular city to have them help me since I got the service from them. they got me connected to the head office but no one could assist me until today.

Their still owe me my R365.
