Refund

On the 12th of April this year I went to buy a phone which was on my budget but I was then convinced by payjoy consultant that I can purchase a better phone with a deposit of R575,immediately after I paid I noticed the phone was locked to MTN Erich I then couldn't take it home because that network in my area doesn't work...I was then told I'm gonna get my refund after 2-3 working days ,up until now I haven't got it...pep store staff and I we've been going back and forth through emails and phone calls with payjoy team with no luck of being assisted.
