Pure dissatisfaction and disappointment

I wish I'd seen the reviews and knew what I know now before purchasing a phone with payjoy, I'm very angry and disappointed with being mislead by the word "layby" this is no f*ng layby it's a contract with no benefits. How can you sell Samsung Galaxy A04s worth R3000 for R5850? That's double the price while it's made to be believed that it's a layby, do you guys even know what a layby means. Please be upfront with people so that they know what they put themselves into. I didn't even know that I won't get a refund if I return this phone. I bought it yesterday haven't touched it because of dissatisfied and disappointed I am, a new phone is supposed to bring joy to a person not misery and anger and so much disappointmet. You guys are ripping us off you are robbing us on brought day light.
