Poor customer service

I went to do payjoy at peace-loving mama's mall, I was assisted by a rude lady called Adelaide, I did not have a phone because it was ******,when I got there,her attitude was beyond the roof,she was very impatient as well and to top it all,I had to go look for a phone outside the store so that I can activate the similar I needed to use to activate the phone,she even made me pay R20 for her to create an email address for me.That lady is unprofessional and her customer service skills are next to nothing.
