Poor customer service and ****ming people their money without telling full information all

Hi im brenda i bought a phone at mr price atterbury via payjoy end of January,then end of april my phone was blocked and i called payjoy customers service they said i must take the phone where i bought it then they Will assist then my phone was taken away from me to Samsung for quotation for 2 weeks to my suprise there was no communication regarding the phone until i received a phone call from one of mr price staff telling me that my phone is back but not fixed now payjoy is busy sending me somes sms to pay my account that is in serious arrears but im not using the phone is blocked
