POOR CUSTOMER CARE, ******* AND ARROGANCE
My wife entered into a fictitious contract with Payjoy on 02 May 2024. She was not happy with the device and returned it back to store (Pep Cell - Lusikisiki) on 06 May 2024. She was given a leaf let with Pay Joy details and advised to send email direct to them as they are not dealing with Cancelations. She sent such email on 07 May 2024 at 06H33. Upon me making follow up today, receipt thereof was confirmed. Nandipha then advised me that my wife should take the devise back to Pep cell and they will then email them on our behalf. This was contrary from what we received from the store when we took the device to them. For her to go to town she must fill R400.00 petrol. These conflicting rules are a pain to our expenses when I tried to reason to both Nandipha and her supervisor Bokgang, they became rude and arrogant. Now we are being g sent from pillar to post by both Payjoy and Pep Cell.
