pls take back your phone I was never told of terms and conditions

I took a Samsung phone with payjoy I'm February at cell u city the terms and conditions were never explained to me I was not told the deposit is none refundable and I don't want the Phone and can't afford it anymore and I am.not happy with the phone so.i email support tey did give me a return email o email the return email and I.get no.reply I think ots unfair tbat I wasn't told the deposit is none refundable also no payjoy against called me to tell.me the Terms and conditions when I did the application I just want you guys to take your phone back akd refund my deposit because I was never advised it's none refundable I do not want the phone anymore as due to financial difficulty i can't afford it also I am unhappy that I was not made aware of the terms and conditions because if I knew it I wouldn't of taken this deal
