Phone Still Not Blocked bu Payjoy

We recently got ****** and our Samsung A12 was taken, among other things. I went to the shop where I got the phone through Payjoy and the consultant was unable to get through to them, they sent a message via WhatsApp to their support team to assist with blocking the phone. We have not received any feedback in two days and are at our whit's end. We cannot have our service providers having long turnaround times when our property has been ******. We need to disable ********* and their activity without delay.
