Payment arrangements
I have had the worst experience ever regarding a cellphone contract with pay joy, I have been waiting for the finance team to call me regarding my payments on my contract, I I had recently spoke to a lady and made arrangements to get an extension but now when I check my profile it states I must pay again before 20:00 tomorrow but yet I made an extension.
I am highly disappointed and I will never opt for the services ever again
