Payjpoy Weird app logic ( Extensions are to be used as the name suggests )

The worst support chatbot experience.

The product is so unclear in its features.

It will show that you have extensions , goes one minute over the weekly debit and now you cant use the extensions that you had 30 seconds ago. Try talking to the support chatbot , the quality of their technology is disgustingly bad. I'll share a video of the chatbot tomorrow , its actually hilarious.

So my extension that unlocked after 4 payments , cant be used to extend the lock because ? How stupid do these features sound lol , it is the most ridiculous **** I've ever seen.

And my extensions which i had 30 minutes ago , now I'm unable to use it ?
