PAYJOY WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service to say the least. Got a device via Payjoy 10 July 2023 making regular weekly payments. I missed one payment in November 2023 and they handed the account over to NRB. Fine from then on made regular payments till now March 2024 (latest payment) They haven't updated this and now thy have locked my phone, fr what because I made payment on the 25 March 2024 (monthly payment). Is there something or somewhere we can complain because this is totally unacceptable.
