PayJoy worst customer experience

I am sooo disappointed by the customer service I received from these people I spoke with a Linda Maphosa who claims to be a team leader the guy has zero patience no telephone etiquette or courtesy. He is rude and very arrogant. We recently purchased a Samsung A23 cellphone from Dunns shop in Khayelitsha mall and took a monthly payment option only to find out the lady who assisted us had not explained the whole payment plan wich leads us to making 3 payments in one month that actually amounts to the price of the phone along with another phat 5 more installments. Calling the customer care line we got through to this arrogant man who was shouting and not very patient I doubt that's even his real name he was not helpful at all all he gave us was his customer support email *** he claims there is no reference number for the call and he confirmed he cannot send out any email as reference if this is the way PayJoy will deal with customers they have just lost a customer my family and friends are definitely not buying from them ****mers who take from the vulnerable
