PayJoy; unprofessional ******* in corporate disguise

This is my second review as my first review was deleted by PayJoy instead for solving my issue. They want me to keep quiet about the horrible service that the provided to me.

I was recently introduced to PayJoy as one of the alternative pay methods that are more into phone and/or device repayment platform. I wanted to but my Sister a phone through PayJustNow (which I use often no issues and are a reputable platform), we thought to try this Payjoy out I would later regret the decision and hope no one goes through the same path. We paid R700 as first installment for the device so that we can pay off the device off as soon as possible. So the argent downloads the app on the device with no consultation to you about payment options and all. So after charging the phone she realized the exorbitant amounts linked to the contract we decided to return. No alternative was provided, they took the three days still new device and also stole my R700.

I tried contacting them recently through their website and was ignored. A few days later I wrote a review here which got them out of their serpent hole to call me. I spoke to one of their customer service and he was not interested in resolving the matter or refunding me, He was rudely interested into listening to himself talk. A few moments later I received an alert that my review was removed from this platform. They would rather quiet me by removing my review instead of resolving my issue, very disappointed. The guy I spoke to said he will send me a contract to prove that we consented to all this which is a blatant lie.

I wrote this second review hoping my issue will be resolved as my sister still doesn't have a phone. I will also be reaching out to their CEO Doug Ricket as per the website to assist my dissatisfaction because clearly his employees don't care about customers.

I will be dedicating myself to justice and ensuring that my rights as a consumer are respected. Therefore, even if you delete this review many more are yet to come.
