PayJoy trick you into and agreement that u didn't plan on.

I got a phone through PayJoy at Dunns in Phalaborwa last week on the 23rd or 24th of October payed R700 as the down payment. Agreed to pay Around R600 a month. But to my surprise a week later the PayJoy app indicated that i had to pay R144 to which i was not informed and didn't agree to.

So i went to the shop and explained but the rude saleslady said i needed to pay that R144 and i did. And asking her whats next when will my next payment be she said it going to be month end on the 25th as we initially agreed. But to my surprise the devise is locked again and i have to pay the R144.

The big problem i have is i only get money after the 25th and i don't even know where to get the money now.

Now im stuck with a payment plan that i didn't agree to and can't afford it.

Will i get my down payment back if the return the phone or should i just get stuck with this horrible plan.
