Payjoy locked my phone

I made payment on Sunday October 1 2023 for my phone using ABSA account my money was taken but my phone was still locked.again Monday 2 October 2023 i made another payment using capitec which means I made two payments.my phone is supposed to be paid for two weeks.but only 1 payment.I have phoned and sent numerous emails to Payjoy.they asked for proof of payment sent proof of payment.they asked me to sent it in pdf format till today my phone is still locked.today is the 13th but my phone is locked but is paid for.Payjoy service is appalling and disgusting
