Payjoy listed me while the device is with them

I'm so angry right now as payjoy **** to me. December 11 December I bought a phone via payjoy and on the 12 I returned it as I was not happy with the phone it was faulty. Canceled the contract with them. I complained on hello Peter as I was not happy with the agents, I received a call from call center promising me they will collect the device at Mr price. After that I tried calling them to follow up to no avail. Today 15 February I get an sms that payjoy has handed my account for debt collection even listed me on my credit profile. I am so angry when I try to call I can't get to speak to a consultant. People must just stay away from payjoy they ****ming people
