Payjoy is very ***********

Honestly I feel ke PayJoy company is very ***********. December I bought a device and took it back the following day since the device had faults I immediately took the phone back and canceled my contract with them. After countless call calls doing followup and each call agent promises to "look into this matter" and will call me back yet none of them has called me back worse part the phone was collected at the store. It's now April and I keep getting endless calls from VVM that my account is handed over. This is my 3rd complaint on Hello Peter since December yet they call me after each complain but never resolve my problem, yet they will lie under my complain that an agent called me and the matter has been resolved. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED I'M EVEN HANDED OVER.

I would never vouch for Payjoy if this is how you handle matters
