Payjoy is this legal?

I want to express my frustration and concern regarding a phone contract I took out a month ago from Payjoy. The critical details of the contract were not properly explained to me, and I feel misled. The phone's balance is now double the purchase price, which was not disclosed during the sale.

I agreed to a monthly payment plan, yet it has not been honored. Instead, I am being required to make fortnightly payments, which was never part of the agreement. As a result, my phone has been barred again.

Unfortunately, the consultants on WhatsApp have been unhelpful, and I feel all my inquiries are being dismissed. If the saleslady had been transparent about the terms of the contract, I would never have agreed to it. I feel ****med and extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
