Payjoy is *****sters and its phone rental ****

Payjoy is the nightmare of my life Bad service, Paying for the phone that is not working and *****. From June month i am struggling with their device get locked 3 time in a week even if its paid. I reported this to them, i was told that the app was updated and will never goes off again. However same week was the phone was off payment up to date.

Past weekend on Saturday i visited the store again to report same issue and i wanted to cancel the contract because its not serving my purpose, i even signed warnings at work for unreachable, my e-hailing business is suffering i end up buying another phone because the current phone doesn't work but its getting paid full.

On Saturday i was told i must pay for 30 days to cancel the contract even if the phone is locked or not working or else payjoy is going to report me on credit bureaus
