Payjoy is a **** running business

I have bought a phone on the 16/04/2024 and I paid in full on August 03 2024, but the phone only worked for one month. i have laid complain with payjoy and I was not assisted. Payjoy is a ****, when I called them they say they cant help me as our contract has ended.
