PayJoy failed to help

Hellopeter I'm writing this with a very sad face and broken heart 💔.I bought a phone 3 months ago at PayJoy Ackermans for study reasons because I use the phone for studying, I've never had problems with paying installments weekly and problem only started when I changed my phone patterns due to safety reasons and forgot the patten completely.I tried to unlock the phone multiple times but i honestly can't unlock the phone,I went to PayJoy and explaind my problem because i need the phone since it was exams time 2 weeks ago,They explained to me that its not their problem that i cabt unlock the phone which i truly understand and I've asked for advice on which steps to take since im their customer but i got no help until they decided to book the phone for repairs a month ago evn now im still waiting for the phone and i cant continue paying for a phone im not using which is not fair on my side, remembering that ive bought that phone for studying but i couldn't write my exams peacefully because i need the phone,Im disappointed by PayJoy because they have my account and all information on them,till this date im still waiting for the phone
