Payjoy failed my daughter

My daughter got herself a phone and it's not what she was told it is. Now she is stuck paying a phone that she is unhappy with. I've been in contact with payjoy staff members and was told they would sort out the matter. They admitted telephonically that it was not right and that there vendors have no right in treating customers in this manner. My daughter wanted a realme 50 which had specific specs. The vendor then suggested she takes the realme 60 as it has the exact same specs but the camera pixels are better. She then agreed and said if all the specs are exactly the same she will take it. The lady left came back with the device. My daughter walked to the car took the device out and saw it was not the specs as promised. She went straight back to the lady, to be told, " well it's all they had and if you not happy you can cancel the device and loose your deposit and become blacklisted" !!!!! This is unacceptable that young adults are taken advantage of and that certain companies teach them that you have to fine tooth comb everything. I'd be ashamed of myself payjoy as this is a youngster starting out in life just to be disappointed by you guys.

No this is not true as I have answered all what's app messages and calls. Seems it the normal tactic to blame it on the customers that they at fault for no response to calls.

Sort out the issue regarding the fault on payjoy side. We are good customers and now you guys call it a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding it was clearly discussed between the vendor and the customers.
