My new phone didn't want to switch on which I purchased from Vodacom Richardsbay through PayJoy. The phone came back three times after the screen was cracked twice and was send back. They told me that it is the courier people. Then they gave a new phone. They had the phone for four months. Now I have received a new phone but my name has been handed over because you need the phone with the details they send you to pay the phone.
