Payjoy blocking wrong person 4 times!!!

I'm not someone who normally complain alot but this was the last straw. As I understand, you can buy phones at payjoy. Pay phone of nd if you dont pay they block you with their app. Here is the thing. I bought my brand new Hisence E50 lite CASH at Hifi Corporation. No contract, no monthly installments. CASH CASH CASH onch off payment. NO CONTRACT, NO MONTHLY REPAYMENTS!!!!!!!! CASH R1799 and I got blocked. Not once, not twice, not even 3 times. IVE GOT BLOCKED FOR THE 4TH TIME! When I emailed them, a week later they asked photo of serial of box with proof of purchase. I send the proof to them. What are their reply sorry. Must be a technical glitch, Well maybe the first time. Ive been blocked 4 times. And everytime I have to format my phone and loose all my photos. I hope Payjoy has the guts to reply
