Payjoy - A nightmare

The worst customer service ever! Nothing ever gets resolved. The communication is very bad.I have been assisted by Jerry,nonkululeko,Ernest, nkosinathi since August 2024 but my issue has not been resolved till this day January 2025. The consultants don't ask questions to understand and they take queries not to resolve them but to escalate with no feedback on the escalation. Most of them are very rude and unhelpful and months later I have not been assisted by anyone on my query. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received from payjoy and till this day they refuse for me to pay off my accounts, payments never match the statement.they stay *********** customers while ruining their credit score
