Pay Joy is here to kill the youth

I would advise everyone to run when they see payjoy agents☹️☹️since 2023 they promise me to close the account which was opened under my name without my permission by their agents( who call himself Rams )who sold a phone to another customer using my ID. Today I blacklisted for a phone that I didn't get/have and they don't wanna do anything with this matter because it doesn't affect them. Early this month they told to go mall of Africa they wanna talk to store clerk,guess what I went there for nothing because the guy who works at pay joy by the name spha told me he can't assist me. I must wait for Monday,I texted him on a Tuesday after receiving nothing on Monday as he promised but then till today I'm still waiting...I'm so ****ed 😡
