Pay JOY is a *****
I was very disappointed in PAY JOY after I have clearly stated to one of their on-site rep by the name of Amanda that I met at Dube village at inanda mall. That I'm in a fincial strain at the moment I am not willing to make any debt. She then convinced that we are only checking if I do qualify or not. On the outcome of only having to pay R245 on purchase then she promised I can choose as to when I'll afford the next payment of which I told her I only get paid once a month so as we spoke on the 26th of February my next payment can only be on the 27th of March. She agreed and proceeded with the application only to reveal to me later once everything was processed and finished that there is another R240 that I need to pay within 7 days. That when we clashed cos I have made it clear to her that I have no other space of income until the following month. She then contacted her manager by the name of Smanga whom I then spoke to for cancelation escalation he then advised me to leave the phone with Amanda and don't take it my refund escalation will be processed. It been 11 days today and no refund has been sent to my account I don't have the phone with me so it clear that I'm being ****med. NOW IM BEING ADVISED TO PAY R240 AND R1000....IN ORDER TO GET MY R240 BACK THAT I PAID THE FIRST TIME...now you tell me how does that make sense why would I cancel a phone cos I couldn't afford R240 in the beginning the you ask me to pay R1240 how does that make sense??
