Pay Joy **** contracts

A Payjoy representative tried trick me into buying a financial contract through buying a phone. She would not disclose to me the terms and conditions if I would get a phone through payjoy and **** that there is no charges if I pay within a month, She convinced me to pay R625 and only after I paid she disclosed that the amount had nothing to do with repayment but was a fee to Payjoy for me to go with the phone on contract. I refused the the phone and the contract and i didn't take the phone. Payjoy took my details and promsed that they would reimburse me after 2 days. It's now a month and they claiming that the store ,Sterns Midrand part of Foschini is not paying them back. I would like to warn people from from this **** activity being done by Payjoy, Can anyone assist on how I can recover the money ****** from me?
