Paid deposit but didn't receive the phone, **** ALERT
I recently tried to purchase a phone through Payjoy yesterday. I paid a deposit of R408.00, and I didn't receive my phone. The lady Olwethu Mzolo advised me that there is a technical issue with her tablet, which has nothing to do with me. She then stated we should meet up today to complete the transaction. She gave me her cell phone number to be in touch. We agreed to meet at 14:00, Bridge City PJK. I have been trying to call her with no success. I'm starting to think I was ****MED. I paid for the Honor X5B Plus, but I don't have the phone. I won't be using this service again. I'm dissatisfied with the service. Hopefully, I can get a refund and purchase a phone directly from a verified and reputable retailer.
The worst part is that it was my first time using this service, but it will be my last. Please avoid this company; instead, visit a verified and reputable cellular phone store directly.
It seems there’s been some misunderstanding regarding the deposit, and I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
We attempted to give you a call to address the situation but were unable to connect. Let us know a convenient time for a callback, or you can easily reach us through the PayJoy app at your convenience.
Kind Regards,
Payjoy
