No joy with payjoy

Bad experience we've ever experienced in any company. This is the 2nd time bringing this up . In Jan we took a phone from payjoy .we were told that we can deposit the sum of 25% which was around 2k as the phone was 8.. and we optioner for 9 month repayments ..after a week of using the phone they wanted another money which is around 1700 .decided to cancel and took the phone via a traditional contract which was less but binding for 36 months..took the phone back. It's been over 2 months since we took the phone back .no cancellation email from payjoy no communications. We have now decided to take the matter further as they busy sending the information to credit bureau and we busy receiving calls from debt collectors where as the phone was taken back .2 months ago. Please cancel the contract
