No Credit Score Increase or Reporting Once Again

Another disappointing month as my positive payments have still not been reported to TransUnion/Experian ( this is month 6 now). The common theme with the chat agents is they lie and end chat when making enquiries regarding this matter and it's really frustrating. No credit score building with PayJoy at all, one of my biggest regrets.
