My first review was removed ..PAYJOY is no good the WORST customer support managers ever ,even WORSE than the agents answering the calls you can explain until you pink or green in the face they wil act as if they don't understand they don't even know how to update your paid or unpaid information at the itc credit buro's I spoke to a so called manager so (not allowed to say the name he he)his verdict pay the account in full then payjoy will give me a paid up letter and then the history is off my name HE CLAIMS no sir it is not your payment history stays on your name 2 years after you have paid it off this is where the problem started with payjoy in the first place not updating my payments at the itc . How do you have someone in that position of a company that doesn't even know how itc work really payjoy PEOPLE BE CAREFUL TO DEAL WITH PAYJOY !!
