Misleading

Terrible service I purchased a cellphone under payjoy only because they give you a 9 month option to pay ..because the ad said no interest I though it was like justpaynow where you have 3 months to pay with no interest!!!! Upon application the agent explain that the interest is based on the term of application if I pay the cellphone in 3 month it will only be a R600 as per her calculation but I I pay the fone sooner I should be less.. what a lie and **** !!!!when I called the the contact center I was kept on hold for 1 hour and to settle the fone with in 7 day I need to pay the total interest which is double the total cost of the cell phone I returned the cellphone and I have not received a response with regards to my deposit . I would like my refund back as your consultants needs training.... To give clients correct information regarding the interest costs.
