So my wife took a phone contract out with payjoy the company that there to assist and make your life easy affordable payments and the whole world my foot we have made contact with payjoy spoke to they consultants went instore and all you get is **** disappointed phone is almost paided in full two installments to fully paided the other day the phoned just locked yes locked we get said your own phone you paying for can't be put a phone lock nor password on due to some security **** reasons WHY so now the phone is useless get said should be booked in for repairs and you the customer must pay a fee we left now with should I book it in for repairs will it work after the repairs and to top it up pay for the remaining two months for a thing I can't use that is useless to us payjoy iam angry disappointed and yet frustrated won't recommend anyone that company or try it
