LIES

Terrible no calls answered no email response. I was **** to about this contract. Said deposit 30% then 3 months installments ( R840 deposit plus R653pm) the contract 5 days later says something else. I have to pay weekly when I requested monthly. Apparently after it's paid u have to buy the phone as well or they block it. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT MENTIONED...I also never signed for anything yet I got a contract 5 days later with a typed out signature my name and surname. I want to return the phone the agent is missing since I got the phone. I went to the shop to buy a cash phone then this lady come with her lies to me butter it up Phone is R2799 pay off in 3 Months..the contract says R3690plus...after paying R840 deposit I must still give R211.50 for 13 weeks i asked for 3months??? She explained R933 for 3 months but because the deposit is carried over its less the first month. This was not explained this way. She said deposit then 3 months Interest R100 per month makes the total R3000 I thought R300 extra not bad to pay over 3 months. Now I'm a looser of R850 nowhere to return the phone no one answering calls Noone answering emails. I will take this to the ombudsman as I have witnesses that was with me when she explained and witness I didn't sign anything.
