Lack of transparency from payjoy

I bought a cellphone last Saturday and paid the deposit but the consultant did not mention that I'd have to pay again after 7 days and my phone was blocked, I went there yesterday and again was told to make another payment( had to take money from my monthly transport money) of which I did and was told I would then pay monthly as agreed only to find that the consultant put me on a weekly plan of which I did not agree upon and I'm expected to pay again by the end of this week. I have been mislead countless times and cannot get ahold of any agents on the chat and the calls cut. I really wouldn't recommend this service
