Installment

I bought a phone at pep store under PayJoy with an account for R1999. PayJoy i dont know what is trying to do. So far I have paid R2580. And they say I still have to pay R600 more. Prior talking the phone I was told that PayJoy does not add any interest to my purchase. I have emailed payjoy to send me statements to my avail. This is truly unfair and wrong. As they don't come back me or reply my emails... they don't care about their clients as long as we keep on paying. And if I don't pay the money they're saying I owe they will lock my phone. Please somebody there help me please
