Incorrect information

I was told to make the first payment at the store which I did and the next payment after 7 days and from there I can choose whether to make weekly or monthly payments. So now because I've already made the first two payment which was a must for me to do according to what I was told, I called to ask them to update my payments to monthly payments because I keep getting messages that I have to make another weekly payment, they tell me that they can't change it meaning I'm forced to make weekly payments. I opted for monthly payments for a reason so now if you guys say you will close the phone till I'm able to pay which is month end by the way what is the use of having this phone?

I asked for a call back at 5pm and didn't get a call instead I tried calling but still no help. The phone was blocked yesterday and because I've calling multiple times, I ran out of airtime so I'm asking you guys to call me today anytiime between 3pm to 4pm because I'll be free then. My phone is blocked I had to leave it behind because it's of no use to me. All I'm asking is for you guys to change the payments to monthly payments as I was told if it's impossible then I'm gonna have to take back the phone and cancel the contract.
