I'm very frustrated about this.

I was sold a phone by a payjoy agent on the 2/5/24 at ackermans belhar and only to find out the agent was not suppose to have sold me the phone and they had to refund me.Payjoy has been giving me the run around refusing to pay me my refund of R360.Ive been calling going to the shop email and no one both ackermans and payjoy is assisting me.
