I made a payment to payjoy but it doesn't reflect on my account
I made a payment to payjoy but it doesn't reflect on my account. I have sent them proof of payment numerous times and being told that the matter will be resolved. It's over a month now and it's still not resolved and no one gets back to me. All I hear from them is make a payment to prevent your phone from being locked. It's been the worst and most frustrating experience I've ever had trying to get a problem solved.
