Remember I took in their phone on the 30th of July. Until today I had to buy myself a new working phone. I was called by the store last week Thursday that the phone is back and the problem was a software.

So I told the saleslady, Lucy that I have already bought myself a new phone because I had to wait for more than a month for them. Now I'm blacklisted and I receive messages from their attorneys.
