Frustrated, angry customer.😠 😡

Just by reading these reviews , I know I have made the worst decision ever by buying a phone through PayJoy. I bought mine on the 25th of July 2023 Samsung A 14 worth R3 699.00 at Mr Price in Tembisa. My down payment was R1 110.00, and then within 7 days, I had to pay R219, which I did pay on the 26th of July . To my surprise, I have to pay again R219 on 8th August and I took a 6 months plan which I knew would suit my budget if I pay monthly, so now it's like I have to pay weekly which I won't be able to. I tried to get assistance through the app on how to change the payment plan, but there was no response until to this day, and I'm scared my phone will be locked. I could have simply bought a phone worth R1500 cash, but I thought this was a better deal. Little did I know it was a rip-off , a ****, BUT I won't let this lie low. The company needs to be exposed on channel 157
