Finalizing and securing Payjoy device

I would like to commend Kamogelo Seemela for her service, I had an issue as a BA with completing a sale for 2 days, I spoke to more than 3 agents with no assistance until I spoke to Kamogelo who made sure I finalize my sale and the customer leaves with a secure phone. Her communication is effective, she kept on updating me while escalating my issue, she assured me she will make sure my issue is resolved which she managed to do so. I am impressed with how she articulates her self, she has great people skills and a great problem solving attitude, because of her I managed to get a happy customer and be confident in the Payjoy ops team. If it was up to me I'd give her a promotion.
