Extremely poor service!

They never answer their phones!! You cannot get through to a call centre. You can't even change your payment plan on the app. The app is merely there for them to collect their money and not care about their customers. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and I was never transferred to the queue. Their customer care is atrocious.
