Dummy phone

On the 22 of October 2022 my friend told me about Payjoy at Game, so I went to enquire, I spoke to the consultant snd told him I get paid monthly and he said it's fine. We continued with the application and agreement of paying in 3 months. He the showed me how I should pay and he said first payment MUST be made within 7 days or phone will be blocked, I asked why when I told him I get paid monthly, he said that's how its done. Fine I paid. On the 06 November 2022 I realized that there something wrong with the phone it keeps on wanting payment. I call customer service I'm told I'm on weekly bases because I paid the first payment then, I asked why would you ask on the contract how will I pay and its noted monthly and you block the phone before month end, I got no answer but I am sorry for the wrong information. I ask what is the solution to this query I quote"I can unblock the phone in 24 hrs and you make a payment then" my question is where must I get the money when I have just told you I get paid monthly, I must take from my transportation money to pay you, the answer is I am sorry. So payjoy is sorry for making me have a dummy phone or sorry for being incompetence. If you are a monthly payer DO NOT make any agreement with this company, it's for Weekly payer. 24 Month contract is better than this rub****sh
