WORST CENTRAL SERVCE EVER

1. Unprofessional staff and call centre agents. They dont seem to know what they are doing 2. App will glitch and not work while you ate trying to make a payment. Once your phone is locked you'll have to call them for a extension 3. Unless you speak to an agent, you will NOT get the extension. It will always say your account doesn't qualify for an extension because you already extended in the last 30 days 4. RIDICULOUS INTEREST CHARGED. I am paying double for a phone. DOUBLE!! Meanwhile there's no data, minutes NADA. Just constant headaches from this company

I regret whole hearted why I even took a contract out with them in the first place. And don't even call me to try and explain nothing!! My review won't change. I'm 60% done with my contract and after that I will tell everyone who will listen to stay away from you guys
