Do not buy from payjoy its just misery

I had 3 rental agreements with payjoy, all paid up. However only 1 account appears as closed and the remaining 2 are active. I have tried contacting payjoy and the most horrific part is that they say i must take it up with the credit bureaus however they are the ones that submitted incorrect information to the credit bureaus. After filing a complaint on hello peter, some person had the decency to call me and tell me i must call experian. when i call experian they say the creditor is the one that submitted false information. I would like to thank the person that informed me that i can submit a complaint to the NCR and i am doing that now. Its typical south african business practice that they only want your money after they are done with you. you are on your own. Ill never purchase anything from payjoy again. The suprising thing is once i file my complaint then you will take action cause its the NCR. Worst service ever
