Disgusting customer service ever from pay joy "all they want is our and they do not meet our requirements as customers

My name is Ishmael I have been composing email to pay joy with regard payment arrangement and what I get from the ly just buzzed me were 's I spoke to them so nice to say due to personal reasons I won't be able to expose my reason. I spoke to them on what they told me they will get help but unfortunately pethetic customer service ever and now I have to act as if I was served adequately this Is totally unfair and annoying at same time.
