Disappointing Service for Pay joy

So i took a phone at Mr Price Cellphone with pay joy and i was paying my phone weekly, So my due date was on the 27 July at 20:00 which i made payment in the morning of the same day. Surprisingly at 20:00 my phone locked and i took it the store the following day which was sundae, sat in store for 4hrs but they couldn't assist me. I went back on Monday spend another 5hrs and i was still not assisted. So ended up saying I'm stopping my contract with them
